I had my massage yesterday.
The woman I had booked with got the flu so I went with someone else. I went for 30 minutes and it was really great. You detail your problems and they treat you accordingly. Mostly she worked on my pelvis/glutes/lower back/upper legs. There were times when it kind of hurt. Not in the "You must now stop" kind of way but in a "I've never felt that before" kind of way.
I felt really good as soon as I got up off the table. It was amazing! My ass pain was gone and still is for the most part. She gave me some stretches I can do while sitting in my chair that will help maintain that feeling until the next appointment.
I think that going to see and RMT would be a good idea for anyone with some kind of chronic pain.
I booked my next appointment for 2 weeks from now, with the woman who I initially had booked with - she does specialize in pre-natal massage after all. I'm very happy I tried this.
Oh and the location was super nice. It's modern yet relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are totally private yet spacious and they play nice relaxing music. The only think is that the clock in the room was too loud, the clicking was kind of distracting.

In 2005 - the start of the new mustachioed trend
